Alexandra Margo Sholler, known professionally as Alison Wonderland, is an Australian electronic dance music producer, DJ and vocalist. Allison Cara Tolman, an American actress. Her role as Molly Solverson, in season one of FX's Fargo the television show, was nominated for Emmy and Golden Globe. Tolman grew up with three older siblings and one younger. As a couple of months old, her family relocated to England where they stayed for about four years. She was in Oklahoma for five years and after that, West Texas before moving to Sugar Land. The Fort Bend Community Theatre started its acting classes when she turned 10 years young. The movie was based on the Coen brothers 1996 film of identical title. Tolman's performance as Minnesota cop Molly Solverson was praised by Vanity Fair, who wrote: "She calmly and confidently was the star of the performance". Critics' Choice Television Award Best Supporting Actress in a Film/Miniseries. Nominations for Best Actress categories at Emmy Awards, Golden Globes and Critics' Choice Television Awards. In the same year, it was announced Tolman would have a two-episode appearance on the Mindy Project, playing Abby Berman, a romance writer. In 2015, she played as a character supporting Michael Dougherty's comedy horror film Krampus. Following her breakout role on Fargo, Tolman declined several supporting parts as mothers or wives as well as best friends seeking some more unique roles. Tolman was cast in ABC's Downward Dog based off the Animal Media Group webseries. The show lasted for one year. Tolman played a role in the ABC drama, Emergence. The series premiered September 24, 2019 and ended after one season in May 2021, even though Tolman tweeted it received "pretty excellent" ratings. The actress was a guest on NBC's Good Girls. In 2021 she was a guest star as Alma Filcott in the second season of the drama series Why Women Kill, and was Natalie Green in The Facts of Life portion in the third episode of Live in Front of a Studio Audience.
